Inject proposal content with the API & custom fields form

Custom fields can be used to add additional information to your proposals via a personalization tag. Super handy for your automation options and/or send your proposals faster without going into the proposal editor. You fill the values via the proposal create screen and via the API.

When your proposal content generally doesn't need to be adjusted much, the new custom fields can really speed up your process.

Suppose your introduction text is the only thing that keeps changing in your quote. You can then create a custom field for this, put it in your proposal favorite (template) via the personalization tags option.

When you now create a new proposal, you get the option to fill in the field. The value you enter will then be automatically put in your offer and you can immediately continue previewing and sending your proposal without having to open the proposal editor.

The new custom fields can also be used to adjust the content of your proposal via the API and future integrations & AI.

Create a number of new custom fields, put them in your proposal favorite and from that moment on you can adjust the content via the API. The fields also support basic HTML!
