The privacy policy of Offorte

Offorte.com is a service of Dvotion BV.
This document regularly talks about "Account", which is a collective name for an account within the services of Dvotion. If, for example, you have an account on Offorte, it automatically falls under the name "Account". By "customer", "User", "Users", "you" and "your" we mean you as a user of the services of Dvotion. With "Dvotion", "Offorte", "Service", "we" and "us" we mean Dvotion B.V. located at the Bramentuin 28 in Teteringen, the Netherlands. Dvotion is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 20102594.
Privacy
Privacy is something that Dvotion takes very seriously and will always do its utmost to protect your personal data and has taken organisational and technical measures. Dutch law applies to you and Dvotion. The processing of personal data is therefore done in accordance with Dutch privacy legislation, specifically the Personal Data Protection Act. Personal data
Within the Service of Dvotion Users can record personal data and other company-sensitive data.
Users decide for themselves which information they store in the Service. From a legal point of view, the User is legally responsible for the processing of this data and must comply with the legal requirements that apply. Dvotion does its utmost to protect your (personal) data and has taken organisational and technical measures.
Dvotion does not have access to your data, does not share them and does not know what kind of data you or other Users store. Your data will only be used by you and / or by you invited parties, for example Users, prospects, and companies. Dvotion and User both ensure that persons who have access to the data mentioned will keep this secret and will not share it with third parties.
Identity
When you sign up for our Service, we ask for your name, company name and e-mail address and your IP address is saved. That is to personalise your new Account and we can send you invoices, updates or other essential information. We will never sell your personal information to third parties and we will not use your name or company in marketing statements without your permission. All personal information we hold about you is visible in your Account
Support data
When you write Dvotion with a question or ask for help, we keep that correspondence and the e-mail address for future reference. When you view our marketing pages, we keep them for statistical purposes (such as conversion rates and to test new designs). We also keep all information you provide voluntarily, such as surveys, as long as it makes sense.Share information with third parties
The only times we will ever share your information with third parties are:
To offer products or services that you have requested, with your permission.
Investigating, preventing or taking action with regard to illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations with potential threats to the physical safety of a person, violations of our conditions or otherwise legally required.
When Dvotion or the service is taken over by or merged with another company. We will notify you well in advance via the Service before any information about you is transferred and subject to a different privacy policy.
Police / Justice
Although we may be asked to disclose your personal information in response to a legitimate request from government authorities, Dvotion will not hand over your data to law enforcement unless a court order says we should. We reject any other requests from law enforcement authorities when seeking information without a court order. We always inform you when such requests are made, unless legally excluded.
Security
All data is encrypted via SSL / TLS when sent from our servers to your browser. The backups of the database are also encrypted. Your data will not be encrypted as long as it is in our database (because it must be ready to send you quickly when you need it), but we do our best to protect your data. Security sensitive items such as passwords, for example, are encrypted in the database (s). If you use your own (sub) domain other than that of the Service, then the data may not be encrypted (http instead of https). We also regularly update the software used by Dvotion and use techniques and methodologies to provide a secure service.
Cookies
Dvotion uses functional cookies to improve our services and the website. Dvotion does not collect any personal data. The cookies help us to improve your website visit on a technical level.
Analytics
Dvotion uses analytics provider to learn how the marketing website is used and to measure how efficient our marketing campaigns are. Analytics providers collect data such as: which pages are visited and the number of visitors. The collected data do not contain any personal data. Within the Service, the analytics providers are also used for the same purposes and also for collecting error messages. These error messages can sometimes be traced back to an individual Account and help us to improve the Service. Third parties
Dvotion uses external suppliers and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networks, storage and related technology needed to provide you with our services. Export data
Within the service you have the option to make an export from your data to a computer friendly size (JSON).
Deleted data
When you cancel your account, we ensure that all your data is not stored on our servers for more than 30 days. Everything you delete in your account while it is active will also be deleted within 30 days.
