Proposal not arriving

When a proposal is sent and it does not arrive, it most likely ended up in the customer's spam box. Such a spam box is often easily accessible via the email program with which your customer works. If this proposal sent is not visible, it probably ended up in the spam box at server level.

Unfortunately, in this case we can do little about it from Offorte, it is a situation that can always occur. Of course we are always working to optimize the method of email sending. However, there are a number of options that you can use to reduce the chance that a proposal will end up in the spam box.

Add SPF record

Ask the system administrator to add the domain to your SPF record in the DNS.

Send proposal manually

In the shipping screen there is the option to send a proposal manually. You will receive the proposal information that you can send with your own email program.
