Create favorite page or paragraph

When you regularly use the same texts and pages it is easy to create favorites. This way you can easily insert frequently used pages and paragraphs in your proposal from the "add content" window and then the "favorites" tab without having to make them over and over again.

There are 2 ways to create favorites:

1. Create favorites from within existing proposal

When you are in the proposal editor you can create a favorite from the settings menu of each page and paragraph. Go to the settings of a paragraph or page (gear button in (action) menu). Then go to the Favorites tab and name your new favorite and choose the folder in which it should be saved.

2. Favorites library

You can also centrally organize and manage all favorites via the Favorites library section.
