You still use templates as a basis, but now you have a full content library in which you can search and reuse texts. The chance of errors is minimal due to smart automation. And after sending you can still adjust your proposal and you will get insight when your customer views the proposal. Why smart software is important for businesses in the content delivery network sector

A content delivery network or content distribution network (CDN) is a globally distributed network of proxy servers deployed in multiple data centers. The goal of a CDN is to serve content to end-users with high availability and high performance. CDNs serve a large fraction of the Internet content today, including web objects (text, graphics and scripts), downloadable objects (media files, software, documents), applications (e-commerce, portals), live streaming media, on-demand streaming media, and social networks. CDNs are distinguished from other proxy infrastructure in that they distribute content using a cacheaholic algorithm rather than using more traditional hierarchical caching algorithms. CDNs serve Internet content from a distributed network of proxy servers deployed in multiple data centers. The goal of a CDN is to serve content to end-users with high availability and high performance. A given CDN node is usually not located at the web server's site, nor in the same country, nor in the same ISP: all these factors make the CDN's task harder. The origins of CDNs date back to 1997 when Paul Wilson published an article called "Networks Are Fun" on the website of NCSA (National Center for Supercomputing Applications). The technique described in this article can be seen as one of the first commercial examples of a CDN. In this example, Wilson focused on distributing static content from satellite dishes located around the world. The second paper was published by Steve O'Hara and Erik van der Poel in 1998 titled "A Content-Addressable Network for the Internet" in which they describe their experience deploying a CDN for Akamai. From that point on there has been interest in creating networks dedicated to distributing content on the Internet.
